Perhaps the most poignant and enigmatic story we have ever been involved with is that of the reclusive Sixties singer Kathy Kirby.
We founded a web site for her in 2005 which is now redirected to here, where we will update, revise and add to the amazing story of a woman who went from a fabulously wealthy star to the depths of despair. There will be stories and photographs for the huge following of fans which she still has, but, for those who may never have head of her, there will be the ongoing story of a life of turbulent emotions, unforgettable music and private trauma which haunt her to this day.
This year we will publish a biography of her amazing life, a story with appeal for everyone. It will chart her rise and fall from the very pinnacle of her profession, her music, her loves and despair. It will be a story to leave the so called personalities of today in the shade.
You will read it ony here at Bronte Media.
In the meantime, as we build this section, listen to the song which made Kathy Kirby a star, a song which is still so poignant to this day. Secret Love
